There were two very serious problems with Company, which were financial!!
The purchased ticket includes 150 minutes of Wifi, despite this, they reserved Wifi service from the card 4 times, which I did not order. I reported it after the first time, it was canceled, and then it happened three more times. In the end, I have to speak very strongly about it so that this does not happen again. I have a printed statement that proves what happened.
I am happy to pay a tip, afterwards, and as much as I think. What is the procedure for them to reserve in advance as much as the Shipping Company thinks?
The money that was illegally reserved will then be released after May 10th in the bank account linked to my debit card!
This is illegal blocking of money at the end of 1 month!! This is unacceptable, outrageous!!
